FINI products are available only for online purchase on www.byfini.com. Because our products are only made in very limited quantities, our online pop-up shop is live for a brief selling period, approximately three weeks. Our selling periods are announced on our website, through our newsletter, as well as our social media channels.
At FINI we pride ourselves on our customer service! No question or problem regarding our product, issue or site is too small, so feel free to email us at hello@byfini.com. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours!
We accept payment via PayPal.
This totally depends on your location as well as the selected mode of shipment. Don’t worry, when your package is shipped, you’ll be notified so you can track your FINI parcel all the way to your door!
Unfortunately, FINI cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes charged by customs in the country to which our products are delivered. Custom duties, foreign taxes and any other fees are the responsibility of thecustomer. You can always check with your local customs office!
If you have selected a shipping method that provides a tracking number, we will email you the number as soon as we have shipped your order. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at hello@byfini.com.

We pride ourselves on the fact that all FINI products are handmade. That said, there will be slight variations between items, which to us makes them even more beautiful! If, however, part of your item is faulty or has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can review the matter ASAP.
